Sorry, but this is NOT attractive.
Also, Doug, we need to have a talk about what a CHASSIS is versus a BODY. And also, washer fluid bags were common in ALL CARS in the 50's and 60's. Stop acting so surprised.

He acts so surprised about many minor things and doesn’t tell of engines or drivetrains much.

There has been a distinct lack of underhood shots lately. This one is the exception, but he does hardly go into details but that’s pandering to his core audience: People who are not car people but like to hear about rare or strange cars.

Now that Doug’s big he has sacrificed a lot of authenticity for accessibility’s sake AKA playing dumb to ham it up for the more casual viewers who’ve never looked inside a hood at a car show. I bet he knows about those bags. And agreed, this car looks like its melting.

I am guessing the dealer flew him out there to do this.

This is the most wrong statement I’ve ever seen on the internet, and I’ve seen a lot of wrong statements.

Oh come on, everyone knows you lift the chassis off the body.
When the car is upside down in the ditch, maybe.

We’re going to have to agree to disagree here.

C-pillar area looks very dumb. He said there was no bad line on the car... that whole area is a mess.
Besides that and the fake vent, I can dig it

I disagree about the looks. That’s one of my favorite Ferraris.

Left turn from the outside left turn lane into the inner lane in a $2-3M car? Hell, in any car that’s a no-no.

He seems dumb to me. He mispronounces many words and names. He says “tiny-little” repeatedly rather than say, “small.” He says than any shiny metal part (door handle, rocker switch, toggle switch, button, et cetera) is “silver.” He won’t say that it’s an aluminum switch or a steel knob but say that it’s silver.
Last week he delighted in pointing to a door’s “rivets” which he claimed were “engraved” with a name. They were cast-metal bolts. The allen-wrench socket and name were cast in each bolt on the door.
In this week’s Ferrari car review, he said “furrarry” repeatedly. He referred to the black knobs under the dashboard as “switches n dials” twice and then “switches.” I can’t imagine why he can’t recognize that they’re knobs.
He acts amused by the presence of a hood prop rod. He acts amused by the absence of a hood prop rod (Ferrari 330 Lusso).
He rents the cheapest car that he can get and then acts amazed at the interior trim. He acts amazed that the engine makes 120 (or whatever) horsepower. He acts so amazed at the wave in the leading edge of the hood, as if it couldn’t be designed that way to accommodate a Perodua badge or Toyota emblem. He acts amazed that a 2200-pound economy car has 14-inch-bead tires. He’s tiresome.
